The Study
To truly understand the challenges and opportunities in today’s e-commerce landscape, we went straight to the source. 156 industry professionals, from CEOs and CMOs to E-Commerce Managers and CTOs. This in-depth study captures their unfiltered insights on working with agencies, choosing platforms, and shaping the future of e-commerce collaboration.
Through one-on-one interviews, we explored real-world experiences from both niche retailers and major brands. Our conversations uncovered what businesses love about their agency partnerships, what frustrates them, and what they believe makes for the perfect collaboration. We also dug into the role of technology, how it enables growth, where it creates roadblocks, and what separates success from stagnation.
